Your account will not be charged until your order is processed and shipped.

We also accept mail order. If you plan to order by mail, please contact us to confirm product availability before sending payment. Money orders should be made payable to Bestsellers and sent to:

Returns

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding the return of un-opened or damage items. We will issue a return number for these items within 30 days. Please do not send returns until you have received a return number for the item.

** Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items (plastic wrap removed or tampered with) on items returned more than 30 days past receipt. **

A refund for unopened products will be made in the same manner payment was accepted, within seven - fourteen days after BestsellersDVD receives the returned product. You will be notified via email after we have processed your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Items which arrive damaged or defective will be replaced by BestsellersDVD with the same product. A credit (no refund) will be issued only if BestsellersDVD is unable to replace the exact item.
